NATIONAL ACADEMY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES

The National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) was established in 1961 as a registered society with the objective of promoting the growth of medical sciences. It recognizes talent and merit throughout the country in the form of election of Fellows and Members of the Academy. The Academy of Medical Sciences promotes advances in medical science and campaigns to ensure these are translated into healthcare benefits for society.

The Academy of Medical Sciences is the independent body in the TCI representing the whole spectrum of medical science. Our mission is to ensure better healthcare through the rapid application of research to the practice of medicine
